• Online courses and self-paced learning modules — digital programmes accessible immediately upon purchase

Organisations, business schools, and institutional clients interested in team programmes or partnerships may get in touch via [EMAIL / the contact form on this website]. Institutional engagements are governed by separate agreements and are not subject to these Terms.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

Your rights vary depending on the product type.

Digital downloads and self-paced online courses

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Spanish law (TRLGDCU, Art. 103.m), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. This right does not apply once access or delivery has begun, provided you have given prior express consent and acknowledged that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. This acknowledgment is requested at the point of purchase. By completing your purchase, you confirm this consent.

1-on-1 coaching sessions

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of booking for distance and off-premises contracts, unless the session begins during that period with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is fully performed.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will be refunded in full or moved to another date at your choice.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not refundable under our scheduling policy, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

If we cancel, we will offer a new date or a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published on natalyashustova.com — including courses, materials, prompt packs, guides, and written resources — is the intellectual property of Natalya Shustova unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or commercial use of any materials, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written permission.
